Erin is responsible for strategic vision of nourished babe and oversees operations and product development. Erin’s deep execution capabilities and adaptability contribute to her successes managing scale projects.
She is a dynamic relationship manager with adept skills in driving complex projects forward. She is an experienced national strategic relations manager in technology. Her former roles include responsibility as the manager for the first-ever integrated activation platform between Apple Inc. and a major Canadian telecommunications company. She also has experience in finance where she was instrumental in a keystone funding project.
Erin holds a business degree in marketing & communications from McMaster University. Dedicated mom to son Matthew and pup Kona, Erin can usually be found trekking around scenic North Shore of Vancouver in pursuit of partners and opportunities for nourished babe, somehow creating 30 hours of productivity out of only 24 hours (to the perpetual bewilderment of + support by hubby, Tyler)
Client Solutions Leader
Sondra is responsible for technology implementation, product launch as well as client relationship management. She is thrilled to have joined nourished babe, building on her technology consulting experience and passion for health & wellness.
Sondra has over 15 years of management consulting experience, including 7 years with Accenture. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, program and project management, process design, operating model, and change management. She is skilled at working with diverse clients and has driven large, complex transformations and technology implementations in Canada, the US, the UK and South Africa. A graduate of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition’s Expert Program, Sondra knows first-hand the long-term benefits of healthy food choices both in her own, personal nutrition decisions and now through her certification. Sondra truly believes in the Hippocrates finding: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” An avid life-long learner, Sondra is currently studying functional medicine.
Prior to consulting, Sondra completed her MBA at the Ivey Business School. Over and above nourished babe and studying functional medicine, Sondra enjoys CrossFit, weightlifting and boxing with her latest fitness goal focused on a Kilimanjaro trek. Sondra is also a certified yoga instructor.

Natalie is responsible for strategic vision of nourished babe and oversees communications and finance.
Natalie is a veteran business development executive with a decade in entrepreneurial organizations and exudes passionate about innovation. She held Director, VP and Partner roles in Finance, focused on relationship development and investor/stakeholder management. Her keen interest in the life-changing impacts of pregnancy is supported by her advanced training as a prenatal yoga teacher including focus on physiological and psychological impact of pregnancy. She also has Board of Directors experience as an Executive Committee Member and Committee Chair on the Ivey Alumni Network Board of Directors for Ivey Business School at Western University.
Natalie is a Dean’s Honour List MBA from the Ivey Business School and holds a Bachelor’s degree Economics and Business with Distinction from University of Victoria.
When not with Erin, pouring over all the ways nourished babe is going to change the world, Natalie loves playing team sports, practicing yoga and hitting up the local farmers’ market with her other raison d’etre: patient + supportive hubby Ben and playful kiddies James and Bridgette.

Dr. Aliya Visram
Dr Aliya Visram is a chiropractic doctor and registered acupuncturist in Toronto. A certified yoga teacher and mom to a young daughter, she is a firm believer in feeling your best and leading by example. Her involvement with the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association (ICPA) has provided her with specialized training (including the Webster Technique) in pre and post-natal care as well as treating infants and children. She has an active clinical practice treating patients at both Restore Integrative Health and Toronto Yoga Mamas in the east end of Toronto. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Aliya on her yoga mat, going for a run or playing hide and seek with her little girl, Rose, or sharing cuddles with her little fellow, William.
Dr. Dina Kulik
Dr. Dina Kulik is a mother and Pediatrician in Toronto and is one of Canada's leading child health media experts, providing child health information to parents and the public through television, radio and print media and via her thriving blog DrDina.ca. Dina founded a ground-breaking, inter-disciplinary practice: Kidcrew. Above all, Dina’s greatest joy is her family and being the mom of three active, happy boys and a newborn fourth son.
Sarah Remmer, RD
Sarah Remmer is a Registered Dietitian, freelance writer and owner of Sarah Remmer Nutrition Consulting, a Calgary-based paediatric and family nutrition consulting and communications company. She is also a Mom of 3 kids.
Sarah has over 10 years of nutrition counselling experience, sharing her passion and expertise with moms-to-be, parents and children in her one-on-one counselling practice. She is recognized as a leader in her field of practice, as well as in the realm of digital media and nutrition. She is also a freelance nutrition writer who contributes to Canadian parenting magazine Today’s Parent, and has been featured in the Globe and Mail, Chatelaine Magazine, Glow, Flare and many others. Sarah is also an internationally-recognized nutrition and parenting blogger, contributing regularly to Super Healthy Kids, Alberta Milk’s "More About Milk" blog and maintaining her two popular blogs “The Non-Diet Dietitian” (found on Erica Ehm’s Yummy Mummy Club) as well as “Nutrition From Stork To Fork”. Sarah also appears and is heard regularly in the media, on City TV’s Breakfast Television Calgary as well as CBC Radio National news.
Carolyn Berry, RD
Carolyn is responsible for conducting the nutrient analysis for all recipes on Nourished Babe, as well as contributing nutrition articles and recipes from her website.
Carolyn Berry is a Vancouver-based Registered Dietitian, self-proclaimed foodie, marathon runner, and owner of Berry Nourished. Through informative and practical nutrition advice and her food-first approach to health, Carolyn fulfills her passion to empower others with knowledge about nutrition so that they can make the best decisions to improve their health. She strongly believes that food should be both healthful and delicious.
Carolyn works in a variety of areas including clinical nutrition, outpatient counselling at Medisys Preventive Health Clinic, is a nutrition tour leader with Save-On-Foods, and works with tele-clients through NDC-Nutrition at Work. Through her private practice she counsels individuals with a variety of heath issues, provides lunch-and-learn presentations, and is a contributing writer for Huffington Post BC, BC Living and HealthCastle. Media appearances have included segments on CBC Television and CKNW - The Natural Health Show.
Vanessa Perrone, RD
Vanessa Perrone, a Montreal Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, owner of Motive Nutrition, member of l’Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec, Dietitians of Canada and nutrition expert for Global Montreal Morning News. She has her B.Sc. in nutrition from the University of Montreal, where she also received a Masters of Science in nutrition with a focus on pediatric food allergy, vitamin D status and bone health in collaboration with the SainteJustine University Hospital Centre.
Lynn is the Community Manager at nourished babe. She is responsible for nourished babe’s digital marketing initiatives and content strategy.
Lynn is also the Founder & Principal Consultant of Clique & Co., a Vancouver-based community management consulting agency catered to supporting technology startups better connect with their digital audience. She has worked with a variety of organizations including Boston Pizza International, Transport Canada, GrowLab (now HIGHLINE), Vancouver Economic Commission (VEC), Victory Square, and more.
Driven by her passion for giving back to the community, Lynn had co-founded a not-for-profit organization called One Big Movement, which aimed to support and mentor youth in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver (DTES). Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Print & Digital Publishing from Simon Fraser University. When not digging through tech news or blogs, she can be found chasing her rescue pup, Pepper around the park.
